SCS
specialise in the integration of control systems, we excel in particular with design,
build and application of electrical control panels for the control of process plant, pumps
and motorised systems. Our control panel
systems are constructed in our works by skilled tradesmen to the highest quality, using
high quality materials and components. This quality of product, allows OEM's to offer our
panels an the market place, confident of the quality of build and badged as their own
product.
Software development is available to complement the use of
programmable logic control systems, SCADA , programmable devices, controllers or smart
equipment. |
| Our panel building services are split into
three basic categories as follows: |

OEM Contract
Assembly - SCS build control panels for several OEMs who badge the panels
as their own, allowing them to concentrate on their core business, with
no worry about the
manning levels of running their own panel shop. The equipment within these panels is
quite often free issued to us, we provide the minor materials allowing the customer to enjoy
the value added service, whilst returning full recovery on their products. |

OEM Design
and/or Build - With the contract build service we can provide the customer
with either a full design service or build to their specific design. We also provide a
design only service if the customer has potential to construct equipment but lacks the
engineering expertise, normally this is against an issued control philosophy and equipment specification. |

Client Design,
Build and Install – This service is where we deal direct with our
clients and provide the most comprehensive supply, taking a process application from
conception through to completion, which includes site installation and commissioning where
required. |

| SCS supply a number of industries including
water, food and process, therefore, our control panels may encompass varying
techniques applicable to the clients individual industry. Our panels can range from small
pushbutton/indicator style stations to multi-cubicle motor control centres with ASTA
certification which are capable of controlling a complete plant. Control systems can range from adaptation of catalogue
style enclosures to bespoke and assembled skid assemblies, fitted out ready to be mechanically integrated to
a existing plant for a specific application.
SCS have longstanding partnerships with principal
manufacturers of process equipment, instruments and components. For our clients, this
means that we can offer panels that are suitably equipped with specified manufacturers
components for easy integration with their existing process equipment. |

| We can supply control panels, including
catalogue enclosures, in any colour to represent corporate identity. Colour range are
selected from BS4800 or RAL, panels can also be supplied in stainless steel for
sterile/food applications. Control panels is
